Attendant Guild is not yet operating as a live marketplace. No real booking, payment, or verification takes place through this site today. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for services of any kind.
Bookings will cover time, conversation, attendance and agreed social activities only. Romantic, sexual and intimate services will be prohibited. Every booking will take place at a named public or commercial venue — public restaurants, bars and events inside hotels are permitted, but hotel rooms and other private accommodation are not, wherever they're located. Attendants will operate as independent providers, setting their own prices and choosing which requests to accept.
A complete Terms & Conditions document, covering payment handling, account termination, dispute resolution and liability, exists as a working draft and is being reviewed by a solicitor before launch. This page will be replaced with that finished version once it is ready.
