Attendant Guild is being built as a UK marketplace to solve exactly that: a verified person to attend a specific public occasion with you. Strictly non-romantic — time, conversation and attendance only, at a named public venue, with a straightforward, enforced boundary rather than a vague promise.
It's pre-launch. The waitlist is real; nothing beyond it is yet. We'd rather build it properly, with honest signal from people who'd actually use it, than rush something that gets the basics wrong.
