Will not be acceptable, ever

• Requesting or offering romantic, sexual or intimate services, however phrased.
• Attempting to move a booking to a private address.
• Attempting to move a booking from a permitted hotel restaurant, bar or event into a hotel room or other private accommodation.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward another user.
• Circumventing in-app payment or communication.
• Any filter or request based on gender, age or appearance — this platform will never offer one.

How this will be enforced

Reports will be reviewed by a person against the booking record and any evidence submitted, not decided automatically. Outcomes, including sanctions up to removal from the platform, will follow that review, and both sides will be told the decision and the reasoning.
