Everything below will be identical whether you're on Free or Premium. Safety will never be a paid upgrade, and it never will be.
Every occasion will take place at a named public or commercial venue — a restaurant, theatre, concert hall, gallery, stadium, or function room. No hotel-room or private accommodation bookings. Public restaurants, bars and events located within hotels are permitted. A venue will not be able to be moved somewhere private after a request is accepted.
A hotel isn't automatically off-limits — most have genuinely public restaurants, bars and event spaces, and those are fine. What's never permitted is anywhere private within one: a room, a suite, a bedroom, guest accommodation, or any other guest-only area.
Public hotel venues allowed. Private accommodation prohibited.
Before live bookings begin, every Attendant will complete government ID verification, age verification, and a liveness (selfie) check confirming a real, present person matches their document. This will not be a criminal-record check, and it will not guarantee anyone's safety. It raises the cost of being anonymous; it doesn't tell you who someone is.
Either person will be able to leave a booking immediately, for any reason. Your right to leave will never depend on approval from Attendant Guild or the other person. The planned Safe Exit panel will include:
Leaving and money will always be separate questions. If a booking ends early or a report is made, the fee stays held and a person reviews it — nobody is forced to stay somewhere to protect a payment.
You'll be able to share the venue, the finish time, and your live location with a contact you choose, for the duration of the booking.
Every report will be read by a person, against the booking record and any evidence submitted. Nothing will be decided automatically, including sanctions — which can go up to removal from Attendant Guild.
Exact addresses will never appear on a profile. Verification documents will be processed privately and will never be displayed publicly. Customer review history will never be public — only shown to a verified Attendant holding a live request from that customer.
